Both employ goals and monitor outcomes to measure improved success. Both counselor and coach seek to liberate the individual, empowering them to be their best self.

Individuals from preteen to senior adult have found my respectful, non-judgmental and compassionate
style to be welcoming and inviting. Together, we work to make positive changes in their lives. As a
facilitator of the process my role is to provide an encouraging atmosphere that assists in identifying
and changing beliefs that hinder an ability to move forward. My ultimate desire is to Be Your Best You.
I am experienced in trauma related difficulties, anxiety, depression, OCD, domestic abuse, and resilience. I am particularly interested in helping others achieve their personal health and wellness goals, as well as those who want to improve their physical performance. I enjoy a Christian approach for those who want it.
As a professional counselor I am fully licensed in both Missouri and Kansas and am certified by the National Board for Certified Counselors. My education and training in began with earning a bachelors degree in Psychology at the University of Missouri - Kansas City. This was followed by a Master of Arts graduate degree in Counseling through Webster University. I also completed an Internship at a local shelter for women who had experienced domestic violence.
Extensive experience in healthcare leadership prior to changing careers allows me to provide high quality care. Assisting others in achieving their personal goals is my privilege; accompanying others along their journey towards life satisfaction is my passion. I love what I do and I feel I can help.
